The House encourages teens to make smart, safe decisions, including not drinking when they are underage or using illegal drugs.  The ‘New Year’s Eve Dress Rehearsal’ allows hundreds of students to celebrate the New Year inside our doors.  The ‘New Years Eve Dress Rehearsal’ is a fight against drunk driving and underage drinking in our community and reinforces the message of safety, making a powerful impression on teens.
